Return Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns for store credit only or exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in new condition, and have all original tags attached.

● If your item doesn’t fit, you may exchange it for a different size.
● If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose another item of equal value or store credit.
● Final Sale items (including accessories, home goods, socks, masks, undergarments, and discounted items) cannot be returned or exchanged.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES PROCESS

● Approval Required – Contact us with your order number within 7 days of delivery for authorization. Returns sent without approval will be returned to the sender.
● Shipping Costs – You are responsible for return shipping. PRFWRK does not provide return labels and is not liable for lost packages.
● Return Deadline – The item must arrive at our facility within 7 days of return approval to be processed.

PROCESSING & STORE CREDIT

● Please allow 1-3 business days for processing once we receive your return.
● Approved exchanges will be shipped back free of charge.
● Store credit will be issued via a PRFWRK Gift Card, covering the item cost and applicable taxes (shipping fees are non-refundable).
● Store credit never expires and can be used toward future purchases.

FINAL SALE ITEMS 

All sale items, accessories, home goods, socks, masks, and undergarments are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to health and safety reasons.
